Students are not required to apply for the award and should note that the third year elective and the placement unit are not included in calculations.

Bachelor of Pharmacy with honours award

The Bachelor of Pharmacy degree with honours is awarded for meritorious performance in the four years of the Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. Units which have a numerical mark are considered in the determination of an honours result, with the exception of the third year elective unit. PAC4371 Professional experience placement program is also not included in the calculation as it does not have a numerical mark. Award level is calculated on the basis of a weighted average grade.

The weighted grade ranges are as follows: H1: 80 per cent < 100 per cent, H2A: 75 per cent < 79 per cent, H2B: 70 per cent < 74 per cent
