A Candidate desirous of appearing for All India Post Graduate Ayurved Entrance Test of this University will be required to submit application in the prescribed form along with attested copies of the documents in support of Application. The application can be downloaded from website www.dypayurved.co.in or can be collect from the College office.
Entrance Test Fee :
The Entrance Test Fee is Rs 3000/-. The fee is payable by demand draft drawn in favor of “ Padmshree Dr. D. Y. Patil University”, C.B.D. Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Drawn on a nationalized / schedule bank, payable at Navi Mumbai or by cash. The Candidate should write his / her name, address & Phone no. on the reverse side of the demand draft.
The last date of receipt of completed Application form along with requisite documents and entrance test fee at the 3rd floor, office of Dr. D.Y. Patil College Ayurved & Research Institute building, Sector -7, Nerul, Navi Mumbai up to 5 pm on 23rd September 2013. (with late fee of Rs. 500 up to 30th September 2013 till 5 pm)
It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that his / her application reaches the office of the Ayurved College within the Specified time and date. The application received after the due date or not accompanied by entrance test fee/ supporting documents, shall be rejected and such candidates shall not be allowed to appear for the entrance test.
The university will not be responsible for non-receipts of applications within the specified time and date due to postal or courier service or any other cause for delays.
Hall Ticket :
Hall Tickets carrying photograph of the candidates shall be issued to the candidates who are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test, for this purpose the candidate must submit two copies of recent passport size photograph (not more than three months old) along with the application form. They should write their name on the reverse side of the Photograph.
The Hall Tickets will not be Dispatched to the candidates. The candidates will have to Collect Hall Tickets from the Office, 3rd floor of the Dr.D.Y.Patil College of Ayurved & Research Institute, Nerul, Sector - 7, Navi Mumbai on 07/10/2013. up to 5 pm.
The Hall Ticket must be presented in the Examination Hall for verification of candidate’s identity / when instructed by the invigilator to do so and also at the time of counseling.
The Hall Ticket is not transferable.
FEE STRUCTURE :
For Non Clinical Subjects: (Samhita, Rachana, Kriya, Rasa sashtra) :
General Seats: Rs. 3,00,000/- Per Annum (Three Lakh only)
Management Seats: Rs. 3,50,000/- Per Annum (Three Lakh fifty Thousand only)
For Clinical Subjects: (Rog Nidan, Swasthvritta, Shalya) :
General Seats: Rs. 4,00,000/- Per Annum (Four Lakh only)
Management Seats: Rs. 4,50,000/- Per Annum (Four Lakh fifty Thousand only)
The tuition fee for the first year will have to be paid in form of D.D. in favour of Dr. D.Y.Patil College of Ayurved & Research Institute, Nerul, Navi mumbai at the time of counseling i.e. 25/10/2013, 11.00 am onwards. Otherwise admission will be automatically treated as cancelled.
The tuition fee for the subsequent years will have to be paid as and when notified by the University / College. The candidate may be required to give a bank guarantee to cover fees of the subsequent years.
The fees once paid are non refundable.
