About Agra Public Pharmacy College
APGE wants to meet the demand for professionals in the increasingly complex business and computing industry. To satisfy this demand, we seek to prepare students for effective and profitable management roles in their choice of careers and to offer a cultural experience, which will aid them in taking their places as productive members of society.
It is the mission of APGE to provide students the education of superior quality that aims at preparing them for practical life. Our logic to exist as an institution is to prepare students intellectually, professionally, and socially to meet the demands of the 21st century.
The institute has well equipped conference halls with high tech presentation facilities. The multimedia classrooms and syndicate rooms are spacious; airconditioned and equipped with overhead projector, LCD projector, internet facility and power supply for laptops. The college has its own transport facility. In the campus well-secured separate hostel facilities for girls/boys are available. A centrally air-conditioned, well-equipped Institutional Library subscribes 10 International and National Journals, and stores around 4500 books for reference and consultation of students and faculty members. The College has a well-maintained Medicinal Plant Garden with about one hundred species of medicinal plants. The College runs a round-the-clock Drug Information centre that provides useful information about drugs and poisoning. The College has excellent infrastructure for education, practical training, and research in various specializations at M. Pharma level including Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis*, Pharmacology* and Pharmacognosy*. A most modernized central instrumentation laboratory with state-of-art equipments is available for high quality research.
